Blogging Your Story:  Our team consists of several contract specialists and one of them is a creative writer who is in charge of keeping the market interest through social media and blogging. She will take your story and sprinkle some fairy dust on it, writing in a style that holds the attention of the potential buyer.

Lock Box: If it suits the seller, we can offer them the option of an on-sight lock box that is computerized (and unbreakable), which allows for immediate pre-arranged showings by any realtors who have access to this system.

Shelley's educational background consists of a Marketing Management & Professional Sales diploma from BCIT, the Bachelor of Business Administration program at Okanagan College, and the Real Estate Trading Services/ Broker's Licensing Course at UBC. Prior to entering the real estate arena - Shelley spent 10 years in the non-profit sector. Real estate is in Shelley's blood - her father was a realtor for 20+ years. Her forefathers were part of the history of Summerland - her father and grandfather were the contractors/ developers for the Sumac Ridge Golf and Country Club and many of the homes in the surrounding area.

For the past 15 years Shelley has put her knowledge, experience, skills and talents towards assisting individuals, families and investors in buying and selling real estate in the Okanagan Valley.

Blaine has enjoyed success in real estate assisting numerous couples and individuals in finding a home, since 2015.

Prior to becoming involved in residential real estate, Blaine was an owner of a delivery company with clients in various communities of the South Okanagan.  

At a young age, Blaine purchased a home in Trout Creek, Summerland and is currently building a portfolio of residential homes for sale in this same neighbourhood as well as the surrounding areas.

Blaine has a fantastic sense of humour, he is an avid hockey fan and has enjoyed volunteering his time for Summerland Minor Hockey for the past 20 years and is currently coaching South Zone Knights Bantam Tier 2. He and his wife are proud parents of three sons.
